Boutique fashions are offered at department store prices - often the exact same brands seen at expensive shops. The Stylish GirlfriendsTM brand is owned by Stylish Enterprises LLC, a company founded to help women find their path towards entrepreneurship. Recognizing the need to balance career, family, and self, Stylish Enterprises LLC is dedicated to supporting women as they create a new approach to business ownership. Stylish GirlfriendsTM is the first opportunity offered by Stylish Enterprises LLC to this new breed of fledgling entrepreneurs. Stylish Enterprises LLC was founded by Eleanor Jones and Catherine Anderson who met at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona where both obtained undergraduate business degrees. After working for years in different capacities in the hospitality industry, Catherine obtained a Masters Degree in Education and started teaching at Joliet Jr. College where she was the pioneer behind their Special E vents and Meeting Planning Degree program. After working as a project manager for a number of years, Eleanor obtained an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA and worked as a management consultant servicing fortune 500 clients with Deloitte Consulting. She left consulting to become an at-home mother, founded a local MOMS Club chapter, and eventually started a traveling clothing boutique with a couple of friends. In 2007, after each successfully ran their own traveling clothing boutique, Catherine and Eleanor joined forces to create a similar opportunity that could be offered to aspiring home-based, women business owners that wanted to balance career, family and self.
